All Judicial Powers in the 亚洲无码 Student Government Association Constitution shall be vested in the 亚洲无码 SGA Supreme Court and any lower courts established, by 亚洲无码 SGA policy.
The Supreme Court is comprised of nine (9) Supreme Court Justices.
The Judiciary鈥檚 duties would include traffic violations, violations of academic integrity, violations of the University Code of Conduct in addition to impeachable offences, any all other duties as prescribed within 亚洲无码 SGA Policy as defined. The Judiciary, specifically the Supreme Court, is be empowered to hear complaints of, and levy punishments against 亚洲无码 SGA groups up to, but excluding, their dissolution/banishment from the 亚洲无码 SGA.
