亚洲无码 management professor Nicole Fuller is part of a five-member team of researchers awarded a grant to explore how racial minorities, such as Black and Indigenous people, experience and deal with entrepreneurial stress.
鈥淥ur goal is to better understand how entrepreneurial stress plays out among minority owners and managers, its impact on the entrepreneurs' decisions and business performance, and effective tools to mitigate this stress,鈥 Fuller said.
Fuller said the study will start in the fall and that researchers will rely on several sources of information, including business databases, surveys and interviews with entrepreneurs.
The $20,000 grant is from The Albert Lepage Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Tulane University, and is part of the center鈥檚 research initiative to investigate barriers that Black, Indigenous and other people of color experience in society.
In addition to Fuller, the research team includes two faculty members from Tulane, a professor from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and a professor from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
